We're looking for a talented Senior Manager, Software Engineering to join Procore in its journey to revolutionize a historically underserved industry. As a Senior Manager, Software Engineering at Procore, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and evolve our Procore AI Platform that is bringing the power of AI to the construction industry. We will be expanding our platform and infrastructure to support multiple jurisdictions and geographies. This role places you at the heart of our mission to expand into new regulated and international markets. This position will report to our SVP of Engineering, Procore AI organization. The position will be a three days per week hybrid role in our Austin office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately. This position requires US citizenship to work on FedRAMP-compliant projects. Candidates must be eligible to work on federal government projects requiring FedRAMP authorization. What you'll do:

Base Pay Range: 198,240.00 - 272,580.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
