Temple University's College of Education is searching for a Part Time School Based Liaison, Temple Partnership Schools Network. Position Summary: The Temple Partnership Schools Network (TPSN) at the College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) advances educational equity and community well-being by supporting cradle-to-career pathways through long-term, place-based partnerships grounded in a collective impact framework. We bring together schools, families, community partners and Temple University to co-create the conditions that support development, learning and opportunity-and to generate knowledge that improves practice, informs policy and drives systems change. The part-time, TPSN School-Based Liaison serves as a critical link between a partnership school, its neighboring community and the College of Education and Human Development. This person will identify existing school- and community-based assets and communicate the needs of the school and its families to CEHD. They will explore opportunities for collaboration and support the coordination of CEHD and university resources that will benefit the school and its educators, students, families, and community members. Position requires background clearances for working with minors: PA State Police, PA Child Abuse, FBI Background Check + TB test. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience working in urban educational settings. Preferred:
