Pay Rate:$14.97/hr - $18.72/hr plus commission depending on background and experience.

• Product Knowledge:Maintainexpert-level knowledge ofour gear, from the latest guitars tocutting-edgerecording equipment, and help enhance the knowledge of others.

• Customer Relationship Building:Grow your fanbase! Maintain strong relationshipsand help fellow Associates foster them. Help your team be the go-to in the local music community.

• Merchandising and Store Maintenance:Keep the store looking as cool as your favorite album cover. Organize displays, restock shelves, andmaintainthat music store vibe.

• Store Support and Operations:Practice your leadership abilities by guidingand mentoringyour fellow team members,supporting them through customer interactionsand operational tasks.As a keyholding member of the store, you will be looked on foropening and closing the store as needed.
