Description and Requirements

About the Position

This role is part of Lenovo's International Sales Organization (ISO), focused on Infrastructure Solutions (ISG), reporting to the ISO ISG Business Operations Leader. They are accountable for driving the operating rigor and execution discipline for a sales team selling to our Cloud Services Provider (CSP) customers across international markets, including revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives. This role serves as a strategic partner to the VP of CSP Sales, ensuring the business operates with a consistent cadence, clear performance visibility, and strong alignment from strategy through frontline execution. This is a highly visible role requiring strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running an effective sales cadence and management system, shaping operating models, and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

This position is remote, part of a global team, and aligned to an Executive residing in PST business hours. Flexibility regarding working schedule will be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the ISO ISG CSP sales operating cadence, ensuring consistent execution and alignment from leadership to frontline
  • Drive performance against targets, strengthening forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and accountability
  • Shape business decisions through insights, identifying risks, root causes, and opportunities to accelerate growth
  • Optimize sales coverage, and lead the quota planning process, aligning resources to highest-impact growth areas
  • Establish and enforce pipeline management and quality standards, improving conversion, deal velocity, and overall funnel health
  • Partner cross-functionally to align on priorities and execute key initiatives
  • Drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, including tools, reporting, and operating model evolution

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Sales Operations or related experience, with increasing scope and leadership responsibility
  • Experience with CRM and analytics tools (Dynamics and Power BI preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technical or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to connect operational drivers to revenue outcomes
  • Experience designing and scaling sales operating cadences, processes, and coverage models
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels in a matrixed organization
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate data into clear actions
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $165-180k. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. This position is remote, part of a global team, and aligned to an Executive in PST business hours. Flexibility regarding work schedule will be required.
