Summary:
Develop and lead initiatives focused on the research, application, and publication of data related to quality and performance improvement for the transplant department

Responsibilities:
1. Transplant Data- Oversees the data collection from new referrals for transplant, candidates, living donors, recipients to complete TIEDI forms for UNOS. Assumes leadership role in working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy of data collected and analyzed. Organizes educational sessions and training for transplant staff designed to stay current with understanding SRTR methods and reported outcomes. Maintains transplant data tracking in accordance with UNOS, CMS and other governing bodies.
2. Leading People - Leads people toward meeting the organization's vision, mission, and goals. Ensures that departmental goals match those of the organization and that resources are allocated to meet priorities. Uses financial information to monitor budgetary responsibilities.

Education Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline.
* Associates Degree in appropriate discipline
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
* No licensure or certification required.
Professional Experience Requirements:
* With Bachelor's degree - Five (5) years of progressive experience in related field.
* With Associate's degree - Ten 10 years of progressive experience in a related field

Experience with data entry, hematology oncology experience, CIBMTR or NMDP experience, data analytics, etc. preferred

Pay offers are determined by experience and internal equity
