- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements and Job Duties
- Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
- Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
- Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

- Knowledge of or ability to learn Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ability to follow sanitation procedures, SOPs, and safety requirements.
- Ability to safely handle and work around cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to safely operate cleaning and groundskeeping equipment.
- Basic groundskeeping and lawn-care skills.
- Ability to mow, trim, edge, and maintain landscaped areas.
- Ability to operate leaf blowers and similar outdoor equipment.
- Ability to recognize and report safety, sanitation, and facility concerns.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn work-order software.
- Accurate documentation and recordkeeping skills.
- Effective time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable and able to consistently work scheduled shifts.
- Team-oriented while also able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to walk throughout the facility and surrounding grounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, climb, and perform repetitive movements.
- Ability to lift and move up to pounds.
- Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment.
- Ability to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
