Basic math and measurement skills for production and quality-related tasks. Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards. Experience Requirements Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferred. Experience operating production equipment, machinery, or assembly line tools is a plus. Familiarity with quality inspections and meeting production goals preferred. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn new processes, procedures, and production techniques. Ability to adapt to changing production demands and priorities. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and work on an assembly line for extended periods. Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds without assistance. Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Strong physical stamina to meet daily production requirements. Ability to safely operate around manufacturing equipment and machinery. Job Duties Perform assembly line duties according to supervisor instructions and production schedules. Operate and maintain assembly equipment, machinery, and hand tools to support efficient production. Assemble, inspect, and package products while ensuring adherence to quality standards. Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or production concerns to supervisors. Load components onto the production line and pack completed products for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety guidelines and production procedures. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals, meet deadlines, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Complete other assigned duties to support manufacturing operations.
