ABOUT THE ROLE

The Systems Administrator position is an integral member of the Company's IT department and will specialize in managing the SCCM and Office 365 systems.

Essential Functions

* Responsible for day-to-day administration of site servers and site VMs and operation of monitoring systems

* Respond to alerts for site servers, and work through issues as part of the escalation process

* Proactively evaluate site systems to identify any issues not captured by existing alerts

* Integral support of the site turn up / turn down process, coordinating on site server requirements with IT Ops Network Engineers

* Periodic on-call support and response to critical alerts (~ 6 weeks per year)

* Intune and Azure AD Premium best practice guidance and administration
* Responsible for day-to-day administration of Ninja RMM, creating applications, managing imaging task sequences, and Windows patching

* Oversee workstations and servers in Ninja RMM, ensuring updates and system uptime.

* Create and administer applications and programs with Ninja RMM

* Administer the Ninja RMM tool set back end to keep the system running and healthy, including changes to the core components and settings, software delivery, client heath, and reporting
* Office 365 Tenant administration (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Skype for Business, SharePoint, Azure, ADFS, Active Directory Premium)

* Office 365 Product deployment management (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Skype for Business, SharePoint, Yammer, Microsoft Teams, Groups, etc.)

* Office 365 Spam best practice guidance

* Office 365 Licensing

* PowerShell scripting

* Office 365 monitoring service health, and management of service requests

* Tracking and escalation of incidents with Office 365 technical support Responsible for day-to-day administration of M365 Move/Add/Change

* Support the service desk for any escalated systems/M365/MECM issues and identify when issues need to be escalated to System Engineers
* Support other teams in pursuit of new deployments or troubleshooting existing issues collaboratively

* Troubleshoot failed software deployments
* Provide support for support team members as well as end users
* Regular and predictable attendance
* Other duties as assigned
* Essential functions of this position are to be performed at a Company-designated office or field location

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience with Office 365 administration required
* 5+ years of Windows server and workstation experience required
* 3+ years with SAML and SCIM integrations of various systems
* 3-5 years' experience patching and troubleshooting Windows and Linux operating systems

* Ability to communicate in an effective and positive manner
* Must be able to work independently and multi-task in a technically evolving, multi-faceted environment
* High problem solving and analytical abilities for diagnosis and repair
* Ability to translate and explain computer issues to users in ways that make sense and apply to their daily business needs

Preferred Education

* Bachelor's degree in IT-related field; combination of education and relevant experience considered in lieu of degree
* High school diploma or GED is required

Compensation & Benefits

$77,000 - $87,000

  • Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
