Garver's Water Quality Control team is seeking a Quality Management Administrator in our Greenville, SC Water Design Center. You will be responsible for assisting the Quality Manager for Garver's Water Business Line in the administration of the quality management program. This position will partner with the QC Manager to help:


  • Track and coordinate Quality Control (QC) reviews from scheduling through closeout
  • Document quality program compliance and trends
  • Organize quality risk management program
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Quality SharePoint sites, onboarding programs, and training
  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is required.
  • Previous knowledge of quality systems from any industry, (construction, manufacturing, consulting engineering), is preferred.

Other job responsibilities will include:


QC Reviews


  • Track required QC reviews for all projects
  • Coordinate QC reviewer workload within the QC Portal
  • Confirm that appropriate QA documents have been used
  • Assist in scheduling pre-QC workshop and post-QC download
  • Track that comments have been replied to and sessions have been saved correctly


QC Audits


  • Develop reporting of quality management program compliance
  • Help develop a method of determining project quality trends


SRAs (Scope Risk Assessment tool)


  • Track new SRAs entered into the system
  • Arrange meetings with PMs as needed


Quality Management Program Development


  • Assist in maintenance and development of quality SharePoint sites
  • Assist in the development of a quality onboarding program for engineers
  • Assist in development of training for QC reviewers
  • Maintain, improve, and mine data from the QC Portal
