| JOB SUMMARY |
Perform various accounting clerical tasks such as reporting, bookkeeping, filling reports, and communicating with employees. This is an entry level, on-the-job training position, some aspects of the position are clerical.

| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES |
- * Coordinate job setup and ongoing project administration, including budgets, projection adjustments, inactive job status, job templates and weekly job list reporting.
* Manage project insurance and compliance requirements, including CCIP/OCIP certificates of insurance, monthly OCIP audits, and quarterly solar warranty requirements. * Support financial and job-cost processes, including job cost transfer, bi-monthly change order management, customer changes/audits, and month-end close activities. * Prepare for and support CTC meetings, including meeting preparation, coordination, and completion of post-meeting updates and follow-up items. * Complete prequalification packets and maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring job, customer, financial, and compliance information remains current and organized. * Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
