The Regional Perfo & Transformation Manager acts as the primary representative for Commercial Process, Performance & Transformation (ASCX) in their respective region, bridging the gap between regional teams and the central ASCX pillars (processes, performance, data analytics and automation). The role is designed to drive change, foster a culture of creativity, commercial excellence and continuous improvement, and lead strategic transformation projects that support Satair's commercial objectives. Additional Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned: 5% ABOUT YOU Equipped with a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a highly related field, paired with 5+ years of related experience specifically leading cross-functional, regional and global continuous improvement and transformation projects and initiatives in a complex setting. Salary range based on the required profile: $104000 - $135000/year. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on geographic differential. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
