What to Expect Tesla is a leading manufacturer and looking for an individual specialized in structural welding and fabrication. We work on a range of projects, from small-scale work to large, complex structural frames. We pride ourselves on our commitment to high-quality workmanship while maintaining costs and high throughput. Shift: 3:00PM - 11:30PM; Monday - Friday What You'll Do Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum, and TIG welding on stainless steel Work on a variety of projects ranging from small components to large structural frames Ensure all welds meet strict quality and print specification Maintain high throughput with a focus on speed and accuracy Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine project specifications Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow safety protocols Ability to operate a fork-lift and an overhead crane What You'll Bring 3-5 years experience welding within a manufacturing facility Experience with welding steel, aluminum, and stainless steel Specific technical or vocational training preferred Regularly lift 30lbs.
