The Manager of Strategy & Transformation will play a critical role in advancing enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. This individual will partner closely with senior leadership to drive high-impact transformation efforts across key business functions, helping to shape the company's next phase of growth and operational excellence. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and change leadership, along with the ability to influence across a complex, fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Strategy Execution

  • Translate corporate strategy into actionable initiatives and roadmaps across business units
  • Lead cross-functional transformation programs aligned to post-IPO growth priorities
  • Identify value creation opportunities and drive measurable business outcomes

Transformation Leadership

  • Manage and execute large-scale, enterprise transformation initiatives spanning Marketing, Merchandising, and Pharmacy
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, milestones, and value realization frameworks
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintain momentum in a dynamic environment

Project & Program Management

  • Apply best-in-class enterprise project management practices to oversee multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners where applicable

Change Management

  • Design and implement structured change management strategies to support adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Partner with leadership to reinforce cultural and behavioral shifts required for transformation
  • Develop communication plans that clearly articulate vision, progress, and impact

Executive Communication & Influence

  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates and recommendations to senior executives and board-level stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships across functions to influence decision-making without direct authority
  • Facilitate alignment and resolve competing priorities across leadership teams

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, or corporate development, preferably within retail, healthcare, or consumer industries
  • Proven track record leading enterprise-level transformation or strategic initiatives
  • Experience in post-IPO or high-growth environments is strongly preferred

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong enterprise project management expertise (e.g., PMO frameworks, governance, risk management)
  • Deep understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
  • Exceptional communication skills, including executive storytelling and presentation development
  • Superior influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights

Leadership Attributes

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

The pay ranges outlined below are presented in accordance with state-specific regulations. These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.

Salary Range: $117,400.00 - $194,400.00
