With 100% Independent Living occupancy, a strong reputation, and an exciting redevelopment underway, this is an exceptional opportunity to lead a thriving community while shaping its next chapter of growth.

Our redevelopment will introduce 40 new residences, including:

• 24 new Assisted Living apartments
• 16 new Specialized Memory Care apartments

What You'll Do

As Executive Director, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across the entire community, overseeing Independent Living, healthcare services, hospitality, dining, sales, financial performance, and team member engagement.

You will:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing leadership team committed to service excellence.
• Maintain exceptional Independent Living occupancy while supporting future growth and expansion.
• Provide operational leadership and strategic oversight as the community introduces new Assisted Living and Specialized Memory Care residences.
• Champion a hospitality-driven culture that delivers exceptional resident and family experiences.
• Partner with sales leadership to drive revenue, market positioning, and long-term occupancy success.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, operational metrics, and regulatory compliance.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, team members, and community stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Lead with visibility, empathy, energy, and a commitment to excellence.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an accomplished senior living executive who brings the operational expertise, business acumen, and leadership presence to successfully lead a large, sophisticated Life Plan Community.

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of Executive Director/Administrator experience within a CCRC/Life Plan Community.
• Strong experience leading Independent Living operations, ideally within a Life Care (Type A) environment.
• Demonstrated success driving operational excellence, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team engagement.
• Proven ability to partner with sales leadership to sustain high occupancy and drive revenue growth.
• Experience supporting community expansion, redevelopment, or new service offerings is highly desirable.
• A strong hospitality mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences.
• A visible, engaging leadership style with the ability to build relationships, inspire teams, and hold leaders accountable.
