What You'll Do

• Lead user research, including interviews, surveys, and site visits, to produce insights that inform design strategy.
• Develop and refine user journeys, storyboards, and interaction designs.
• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align UX solutions with business objectives and customer needs.
• Design and prototype scalable, user-centered interfaces that follow established design principles and platform guidelines.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Maintain documentation of design specifications, patterns, and style guides to keep work consistent across projects.
• Mentor team members and support their professional growth.

What You'll Bring

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in user-centered design, including user interviews, surveys, and journey mapping.
• Proficiency in prototyping, usability testing, and building scalable design solutions that adhere to native mobile conventions and style guides.
• Expertise with design tools such as Figma.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, data analysis, and translating findings into impactful design improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and communicate effectively with stakeholders, fostering strong working relationships.
• Proven capability to collaborate across functions and articulate clear, concise reports that support business strategy and customer needs.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills, adept at managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Retail or promotional design, including working with variants, business cases, and telemetry or data.
• Information architecture and systems design, particularly for large-scale faceted experiences.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience using AI-assisted tools to build functional prototypes.
