Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read and follow work orders, production specifications, and quality standards. Experience Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, sewing, textile, or garment processing preferred. Experience with quality inspections, packaging, or order fulfillment is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift. Able to handle garments and production materials repeatedly throughout the day. Must be able to work overtime as needed to meet production goals. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately. Job Duties Inspect garments and trim items to verify correct color, size, quantity, and embroidery or scripting requirements. Apply emblems, identification tapes, barcodes, and other trim items according to production specifications. Cut, surge, and hem garments based on work orders and quality standards. Consolidate, package, and prepare completed orders for shipment and invoicing. Perform routine equipment checks, including emergency stops and heat sealer temperature verification. Report damaged garments, production errors, and equipment issues to supervisors immediately. Process orders according to priority shipping deadlines.
