Fort Bliss Liaison II

Develops and maintains an assigned portfolio of Fort Bliss unit, installation, military-support, and community relationships with moderate supervision. Build trust through consistent engagement, responsive service coordination, and relevant financial wellness support; converts approved relationship opportunities into measurable military-segment membership growth and deeper member engagement.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

Associate's degree in business, communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Financial wellness facilitation or relationship-development training preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Three (3) years of relationship management, community or military outreach, business development, or financial services experience, including military-community engagement and measurable acquisition or engagement outcomes.
