Business Development Officer II

Independently develops and manages an assigned portfolio of business, employer, and referral relationships with moderate supervision. Uses consultative discovery, targeted prospecting, workplace banking opportunities, and coordinated follow-through to acquire new business and consumer memberships, grow deposits, and generate qualified lending and business-service referrals.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

Associate's degree in business, marketing, finance, communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Consultative sales or business banking training preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Three (3) years of business development, consultative sales, employer partnerships, or financial services relationship experience, including managing a pipeline and delivering measurable growth.
