How You'll Spend Your Time

* You will be a partner with operations, line of business stakeholders, and technical teams to analyze complex business and data requirements, ask targeted questions, and translate findings into clear business and functional requirements with testable acceptance criteria.
* You will write clear business, functional, and technical requirements for projects ranging from moderately complex to highly complex.
* You will perform business process mapping and modeling, including documenting current-state and future-state processes, system interactions, data flows, logical models, and data-retention requirements. You will validate these flows with end users and developers to establish a shared understanding of current processes and proposed solutions.
* You will contribute to testing, implementation planning, production readiness, disaster recovery, and enterprise resiliency activities, which may occasionally require evening or weekend participation.
* You will share knowledge and provide guidance to other analysts through project collaboration, technical consultation, and day-to-day support.
* You will remain adaptable as priorities, technologies, and business needs evolve, continuously learning new tools and applying transferable experience to emerging platforms.

Education & Experience Requirements

A bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science is preferred but not required. Five to ten years of experience in technical analysis and/or bank operations is desired. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

* Ability to effectively use approved AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, accelerate analysis and problem-solving, and enhance the quality of technical deliverables, while critically evaluating and validating generated results.
* Ability to quickly understand complex data requirements and unfamiliar business processes, including data flows within and across applications, source-to-target mappings, transformations, dependencies, and exceptions.
* Ability and interest in creating clear data flows and process flows, validating them with end users and developers, and using them to build a shared understanding of requirements and system behavior.
* Experience working within Agile methodologies.
* General knowledge of financial services, banking, payments, or retirement management processes is preferred.
* Strong conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve moderately complex issues and facilitate solutions across business and technical teams.
* Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, including the ability to meet new stakeholders, build rapport, conduct discovery sessions, and become a trusted advisor.
* Ability to effectively plan the time, method, manner, and sequence of work assignments while balancing multiple project priorities.
* Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly represent yourself and BOK Financial to business stakeholders, technology partners, vendors, and peers.
