Program Element Monitor

The Opportunity:

As a Program Element Monitor (PEM), you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We're looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.

You'll advise staff on intelligence programming proposals and their impact to the enterprise. You'll bring your technical expertise to prepare, formulate, justify, and present intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) requirements for Air Force (AF) Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Military Intelligence Program (MIP) consideration to ensure operational requirements are met within fiscal constraints.

Additionally, you'll provide leadership the broadest range of programming alternatives by balancing among mission areas and feasibility as it relates to known or anticipated Department of War (DoW) decisions, compatibility with AF strategy, policies, concepts, and objectives, and Congressional decisions. You'll serve as the contact for issues involving ISR programming matters and work with counterparts at multiple levels and outside agencies inworking groups, steering groups, and at other meetings or conferences.

You Have:

• 7+ years of experience as a Program Element Monitor
• 7+ years of experience with military intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance
• 7+ years of experience working with U.S. military and civilian leadership at a Headquarters-level
• Knowledge of the PPBE processes
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Ability to manage, coordinate, and articulate issues for action by leadership
• TS/SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED
