Overview

As a Senior Inside Sales Executive, you play a critical role in driving expansion revenue by independently owning complex in-quarter opportunities and strategically partnering with Enterprise Account Managers on high-impact accounts. You operate with a high degree of autonomy, bring strong commercial judgment, and help elevate team standards through leadership and mentorship.

Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid/In-Office) with the ability to travel up to 20%

• Serve as a strategic partner to Enterprise Account Managers, supporting growth across priority and complex accounts
• Independently manage and close a strong pipeline of expansion opportunities with minimal oversight
• Own a portfolio of existing accounts, driving retention, renewals, and incremental revenue while carrying an individual bookings quota
• Lead consultative discovery to identify customer needs, uncover cross-sell opportunities, and position multiple solutions
• Develop targeted prospecting strategies using data, customer insights, and business signals to identify growth opportunities
• Drive deal strategy, pricing alignment, close plans, and stakeholder engagement to accelerate sales cycles
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility, proactively identifying risks and addressing gaps
• Model strong CRM discipline, forecasting practices, and sales execution standards
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, PMG, Operations, and Customer Success to advance opportunities and deliver customer value
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team enablement, process improvements, and sales best practices

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS, inside sales, account expansion, or other commercial sales roles
• Proven success consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Retail or CPG industry experience preferred
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, pipeline management, and sales forecasting

• Consistently achieve expansion revenue targets while protecting existing business
• Maintain accurate forecasts and a healthy, predictable pipeline.
• Build trusted partnerships with Enterprise Account Managers and cross-functional teams
• Elevate team performance through mentorship, collaboration, and strong sales practices
• Demonstrate the ability to take on broader commercial responsibilities and future leadership opportunities

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
