Hourly Training and Development Coordinator Location(s): Springfield, TN, US, 37172 Function: Manufacturing Audience: Hourly Work Arrangement: On Site Requisition ID: 62009 SUMMARY The Training Instructor position is an hourly position that supports the Owens Corning Training Program and reports to the Operations Leader (or his delegate). The Instructor is the subject matter expert in their primary area and is responsible for facilitating classroom and on-the-job training for OC personnel including new-hires, newly assigned positions, other trainers, and refresher training. The Instructor is also responsible for maintaining training records and developing training materials. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
