Qualifications: MN Teaching License or MN Short-Call Substitute licenses. Pay Rate/Range: Up to 1 hour = $40.00. Over 1 hour up to 12 Day = $100.00. Full Day = $200.00 (maximum - $200.00/day)
Deadline: 6/30/2025 EOE-Employment is contingent upon completion of a background check. (7/11/2024)

Summary:
We are seeking reliable and flexible Short-Call Licensed Substitute Teachers to join our team. Successful candidates will be responsible for providing instruction and managing the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.

- Experience working with children in a classroom setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow lesson plans and adapt to different teaching styles
- Flexibility and availability to work on short notice
Responsibilities:
- Follow lesson plans left by the regular teacher
- Manage the classroom and maintain a positive learning environment
- Provide instruction and support to students
- Monitor student behavior and enforce school policies
- Communicate with school staff and parents as needed
- Complete necessary paperwork and reports
