The Senior Finance Manager/Site Controller will be a key operational leader in the CMS Business Unit, instrumental in supporting the business unit President in managing the financial operations of CMS and preparing key information for Chromalloy business planning and forecasts. With integrity as the highest priority, the position will maintain a focus on margin improvement, process improvement, BU profitability, capital optimization and growth. The Senior Finance Manager will be partnering with the different functions to analyze performance of the engines in WIP and the different programs in addition to preparing and leading reviews of business cases to ensure CMS is meeting/exceeding the sales and profit target. This position is the finance lead for ~ $215M business focused on engine overhaul/management of $82M, program management of $63M, and PMA/Part sales of $70M. Partnering with the business leaders, the Goal is to double revenue and grow profitability in each of the revenue streams over the next 3 years. Duties and Responsibilities:
