JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Office of Enrollment and Financial Aid at Penn State Hazleton is seeking a part-time Admissions Assistant to support undergraduate enrollment. All applicants must have the capability to attend off-campus recruitment events (e.g., graduate fairs, and professional conferences). The Office of Enrollment and Financial Aid serves students Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. A flexible schedule within our working hours is available at the discretion of the Director. The total expected hours of work per week is 20 - 24. This is an ongoing position, and we are seeking an individual who will become a long-term team member. This job requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid US driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks. The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
