SUMMARY: The Sr. Sales Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining open and direct contact with customers for the purpose of executing sales and supporting the sales team goals and growth initiatives. Owns customer relationships, works with product line managers and department managers for pricing initiatives and coordinates, tracks, and reports customer data, trends, and sales opportunities. Owns setting up sales pipelines to determine the effectiveness of personal sales strategies, keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, and providing excellent after-sales service to retain customers.
