License must be verified prior to start date.Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire required.Be a team player and have proven success applying team approach to obtain resolution to an issue.Excellent interpersonal communication skills, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills for working with the rehabilitation team and patients.Demonstrated competency by implementing culturally sensitive and functional treatment plans with appropriate documentation.Bilingual a plus.Hand Therapy experience a plus.Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics is an equal opportunity employer.
