Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 1. Sales Contact for Manufacturing Plant: o Act as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries related to manufacturing. o Provide timely responses to sales questions concerning delivery schedules and reasons for any delays. 2. Support Sales: o Assist the sales team with any needed information or support to satisfy customer requirements. o Prepare and present relevant data to the sales team to facilitate informed decision-making. 3. Manufacturing Plant Ambassador: o Represent the manufacturing plant in interactions with sales teams and customers. o Present manufacturing capabilities and updates to sales teams and customers, ensuring clear and effective communication. 4. Production Coordination: o Work closely with local production managers to monitor and report on production status as it relates to customer needs for production status. o Ensure that timely production updates are accurately communicated to the sales team. 5. Request for Quotations (RFQs): o Serve as the single point of contact for RFQs, coordinating with relevant departments to gather necessary information and deliver timely responses. 6. Organization and Administrative Tasks: o Maintain high-level organization of support activities. o Ensure all documentation and data are up-to-date and accurately maintained. 7. Sales and Business Acumen: o Strong understanding of business operations and sales strategies. 8. Technical Skills: o Proficient in SAP, with above-average skills and experience. o Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. 9. Communication and Presentation: o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Ability to present information clearly and effectively to sales teams and customers. 10. Customer Service and People Management: o Proven experience in customer service and people management. o Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively. 11. Organizational Skills: o Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
