THE JOB:

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for being knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections as well as maintaining the appearance of the bar. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes and provide food service as needed.

• Clean equipment, tools, and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order, including, cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the bar.

• Knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available

• Ring poured or served beverages, collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork.

• Provide Apprentice Bartender and Bar Porter with training and mentoring on overall function of the bar, guest service and bartending.

• Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in bar.

• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has to be at least 21 years old.

• Has at least 1 year of experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting.

• Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

THE SCHEDULE:

• Grave: start time between 1:45 am to 3:45 am

• Day: start time between 9:45 am to 11:45 am

• Swing: start time between 5:45 pm to 7:45 pm

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
